[Python-modules-team] Bug#911711: svgwrite FTBFS: tests fail

I can confirm that v1.2.0 that has been released a few weeks ago
compiles just fine.

If it helps I've created a debdiff for the changes between 1.1.8-2 and
1.2.0 -  a few tweaks to the debian package is additionally required
onto of the source diff.

Note - I havent adjusted the obsolete vcs locations in debian/control
