[Python-modules-team] Bug#910046: python-grpcio maintenance

Hi Chris,

You packaged python-grpcio for the Python Modules Team where it left
as is. There have been several releases since then and I'd like to
update it.
The question is your intention: would you like to keep it as a
separate package under Python package maintenance or do you let me
merge it into src:grpc?
