 It's part of the gRPC source [1] and the other compiler / generation
tools (not yet packaged) [2] as well.
Thus it can be built from src:grpc easily. Merged the changes of Hilko
Bengen and yours along with some updates from me. Then built and
uploaded the package which due to the new binary packages sits in NEW
currently.

 I may not get your point. Why administer it in two places?
