[Python-modules-team] Bug#910101: git-review: new upstream release

git-review 1.27 has been released[1].  Most notably, it uses the recommended
refs/for/<branch> syntax[2] instead of refs/publish/<branch> to push changes
for review[3].

I tried importing the new version using gbp-import-orig and building and it
seems to be going okay so far.
