[Python-modules-team] Bug#910269: pysnmp4 source is inconsistent

So, I have the original tarball I've used, it is named pysnmp-4.4.6, but
it looks like master. I suppose the wrong branch has been tagged. So,
I'll do another upload with a fixed tarball.
