Missing copyright attribution for almost all files ("Digital Freedom
Foundation", etc. etc.)

Please also remove:

    - GNUKhata is a free software, sometimes referred to as free and open
      source software or FOSS

.. and other unnecessarry stuff from the description.

Oh, and it is not clear why this is Python 2.x.
