[Python-modules-team] Bug#907821: guessit: Upstream source doesn't include copyright statement

While the debian copyright file includes attribution (also historical) to
upstream authors, there is no evidence for this in the actual source code
upstream apart from a mention of the latest of the three entries in the doc
building config.
