[Python-modules-team] Upgrade python-future to version 0.16.0

Hi,

a Debian Med package needs python-future version 0.16.0.  I've updated
the Git reporitory on Salsa[1] to the latest version.  The resulting
package works for me.  Anyone to double check the packaging in Git and
do an upload (or just confirm that I can / should upload as is)?
