[Python-modules-team] Bug#909647: python-social-auth: New restructed upstream version available

Package: python-social-auth
Version: 1:0.2.21+dfsg-1

There is a new restructured upstream version available.  Please consider
packaging it in Debian.

This one uses 'import social', while the new one uses 'import
social_core', so existing code using this package will need to migrate.
