Obviously we do *want* to use autopkgtest post release in buster as
well, i.e. for security updates and/or stable release updates. That is
why we have been unblocking autopkgtest only fixes during this freeze.
The infrastructure isn't fully implemented yet, but there are no
blockers to do that when the time comes. So yes fixing this for buster
is desirable if not too much effort.
