python-texttable has:
python-texttable
Reverse Depends:
Depends: elastalert
Depends: elastalert
Depends: python-igraph
which means I shouldn't remove it right now. Based on a quick
investigation, python-igraph reverse-depends on taskcoach, which,
according to:
https://sourceforge.net/p/taskcoach/bugs/1674/
will probably stay Python 2-only for a while...
The good news is that elastalert has recently been converted to Python
3.

OK, I am doing the proper "affects" with this message. I am also
considering this message as proper "documentation", but please let me
