[Python-modules-team] Bug#939057: python-tz: Invalid Vcs-Git and misleading maintainer

Vcs-Git: https://salsa.debian.org:/mckinstry/python-tz.git

Those URL are unusual (incorrect?) with the colon. And they lead to a empty
repository:
https://salsa.debian.org/mckinstry/python-tz
(Note that we drop the trailing ".git" for Vcs-Browser)

Furthermore the Maintainer field indicates the python-modules team
but the package is not hosted there either. I couldn't find it
on https://salsa.debian.org/python-team/modules

$ grep Maintainer debian/control 
Maintainer: Debian Python Modules Team <python-modules-team at lists.alioth.debian.org>

There's the zope team in Uploaders as well but there's no reason for this,
in particular given that the team as a whole is MIA.


Please fix all those inconsistencies and make the git repository
available. I believe it would be better withing the python modules team
ideally.
