Just noticed that this was reported against 0.2.6.  It seems more likely
this was fixed by neovim 0.3.0 via https://github.com/neovim/neovim/pull/7821.

It seems likely this failure was a newer python-neovim running tests
against an older neovim.  Either way, it's fixed.
