Since this package provides a python3 module social_django, the binary should
be named python3-social-django per the Python policy.  There's no apparent
need to deviate in this package.  There is no need to change the source
package name.

The package has an empty debian/patches directory that should be removed.

Please consider making the licensing of debian/ the same as the package.  When
debian/ has a different license, things like the license appropriate to a
patch get complicated.
