[Python-modules-team] Bug#918178: Needs a new release packaged (current 1.3.4)

Package: python-paver
Version: 1.2.1-1.1
Severity: normal

Current version in Debian is the same across all releases, i.e. old.  The most
recent upstream release (1.3.4) is also old (Dec 30, 2017) but still much newer
;)  Upstream git repo has signs of life, so project isn't really dead

Originally package was in collab-maint but search in salsa didn't find it:

$> debcheckout python-paver

Also homepage field should get fixed and point to either https://pythonhosted.org/Paver/ or https://github.com/paver/paver
