Seeing also this error in autopkgtests of tryton-modules-edocument-uncefact:

Indeed this error seems to be caused by incompatibility of genshi 0.7 with 
Python 3.7, but the latest genshi (0.7.1) available form pypi does support it.

So please upgrade the package to the latest release.
