I thought I could attach multiple bug forwards... so here's all the
forwards.

7 test failures were related to dtype construction

A fix for those 7 problems can be found at

though I'm waiting for approval from upstream.

1 test failure is due to changes in gufuncs signatures, the dask issue
is https://github.com/dask/dask/issues/4353

Which looks related to new gufunc signatures from NEP 20

Unfortunately it didn't look like numpy handled the new signatures
correctly either
