[Python-modules-team] Bug#932348: python3-ipython: completerlib raising for python3.7 in directories without __init__.py

When using completion inside ipython3, for modules inside directories
without __init__.py inside, an error is triggered.
The problem is known upstream and has been fixed on 2018-07-22.
