Dear FTP Masters,

After reviewing the current status of package python-dhm, I think this package
is no longer relevant and should be removed from the Debian archive. The
reasons include:

* No upstream activity since 2007, upstream URL dead, upstream author no
longer releasing it;
* Orphaned since 2011;
* No packaging activity since 2015;
* Python2-only package affected by python2 removal;
* Low popcon (< 20);
* No reverse dependencies.

Please have it removed from Sid when convenient. Thanks!
