Severity: serious

Dear Maintainer,
pygnuplot fails to build because it cannot install its build
dependencies:
$ sudo apt build-dep pygnuplot
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
builddeps:pygnuplot : Depends: debhelper (= 12) but 12.1.1 is to be
installed
E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.
(see also
https://tests.reproducible-builds.org/debian/rb-pkg/unstable/amd64/pygnuplot.html)
I assume a >= requirement would resolve this issue, though haven't
tested if the package builds then.
