[Python-modules-team] pip doesn't work after update to debian buster

Dear Python-team, 


I have a problem on my debain 10 (buster) system. I can't upgrade and
use pip.  I got to following response:

/usr/local/bin/pip: /usr/bin/python3.5: Defekter Interpreter: Datei oder
Verzeichnis nicht gefunden

I found out, that I have python 3.7 on my system and not 3.5 like on
stretch. What can I do to resolve this issue?
