thanks
python-notebook 5.7.8-1 in testing depends on python-terminado which is no longer built by the terminado source package.
This is already fixed in unstable by dropping the python-notebook binary package. Unfortunately the new version of jupyter-notebook has picked up a dependency on node-react which has never been in testing.
The immediate blocker for node-react's migration to testing is a maintainer-built binary which would be easily fixed by making a new source-only upload ( https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=944193 ) . However while looking at node-react I noticed another bug ( https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=933123 ), which while not filed at rc severity right now looks like it may threaten the package's suitability for bullseye.
