I just double checked and all of the above (with the exception of
bcfg2-web which has been removed) now build fine in unstable. And:

~$ reverse-depends python-django -r testing
~$ reverse-depends python-django -r testing -b
No reverse dependencies found

I think we could let python-django migrate at this point.
