As far as I can tell, the ldaptor build-dependency is also because
it needs the dia executable - not the python bindings.
I'm thus removing the second blocker bug as well. This means I see no
reason to avoid going ahead with the upload right away.

Will ofcourse drop all Breaks because of previous findings before
uploading.
