[Python-modules-team] Bug#740369: libapache2-mod-python: needs python3 support

Dear Maintainer,

Given that python2 is nearing end-of-life, it's becoming urgent to package a
a version of libapache2-mod-python that supports python3.

Please package up version 3.5 for Debian.
