[Python-modules-team] Bug#940924: python3-rope: the license has been changed without the main author's consent

Dear Maintainer,

As can be seen here[1], the license of this package has been changed 
from GPL to LGPL without
the consent of the main author.

[1] https://github.com/python-rope/rope/pull/266

I don't know, if it is still relevant to keep this orphaned package in
Debian anymore.
