The setuptools-scm autopkgtest is failing with.

> badpkg: debian/tests/testsuite does not exist
> autopkgtest [19:02:59]: ERROR: erroneous package: debian/tests/testsuite does not exist
This is preventing the new setuptools-scm from migrating to testing (where it is needed to fix an uninstallable build-dependencies issue).

I think Sandro removed the wrong file, he should have removed debian/tests/testsuite2 but actually removed debian/tests/testsuite.
