[Python-modules-team] Bug#968682: mkdocs: dh_mkdocs skips jQuery

When building src:tpot, I'm getting an embedded-javascript-library
warning for jquery-2.1.1.min.js, copied from mkdocs.

W: python-tpot-doc: embedded-javascript-library usr/share/doc/python3-tpot/docs/js/jquery-2.1.1.min.js please use libjs-jquery

This is odd, because dh_mkdocs seems to process all other libraries
correctly. For example, modernizr-2.8.3.min.js gets turned into a
symlink, and the correct substvar gets added for the libjs-modernizr
dependency.
