Hi,

Whilst working on the Reproducible Builds effort [0] we noticed that
pyvows could not be built reproducibly.

This is because it did not generate the manpage correctly — it contained
a traceback with the error (which included the absolute build path).

Patch attached that sets PYTHONPATH correctly.
