Hi Noah and fellow DPMT members,

I found python-feedvalidator has a dead upstream, no maintainer activity in
recent years, no reverse-dependencies and no build-reverse-dependencies. As a
result, we should be removing it as part of the py2removal effort.

I will be filing a removal bug soon. If there's any doubt, please let me know
asap.
