[Python-modules-team] Bug#948694: Please consider upgrading to 0.7.11 to add python3.8 support

Dear maintainer, the current version of python3-pony in unstable isn't
python3.8 compatible. As a result, I can't build the supysonic package
(currently in NEW) with python3.8.

Please consider uploading the latest upstream version (0.7.11), that
supports python3.8.
