[Python-modules-team] Bug#949718: netifaces: missing pristine-tar branch

Hello,
the DPMT policy[1], which everyone in the team should read and accept, states:

  DPMT requires a pristine-tar branch, and only upstream tarballs can be used
  to advance the upstream branch.

but netifaces git repo is missing this branch.

please fix at the earliest.
