Running `python3 -c "from PyQt5 import QtGui"` throws importError, says
libQt5Core.so not found.

To reproduce this error:

root at c208a4fd881c:~/ete/ete# python3

The file `/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libQt5Core.so.5` exists on the
system.
