[Python-modules-team] Bug#963023: budgie-extras: superficial autopkgtest

Dear maintainer(s),

Because of the recent failure of the autopkgtest of budgie-extras, I
happened to notice that the autopkgtest doesn't test the installed
packages, but the source code tree.

On top of that, the test doesn't substantially test the package, so
please mark your test as superficial, as requested by the release team [1].
