[Python-modules-team] Bug#953313: pysvn always strore password unencrypt (Security issue)

Version : 1.9.9-2.1

The version 1.9.9 have a issue with gnome-keyring. That is even if svn is
configure to use gnome-keyring the passowrd is store unencrypyted. rellated
to issue below

Manual compile of latest version 1.9.11 fix the issue.

Please upgrade to 1.9.11 as it is a security issue
