I realised what the problem is: -fdebug-prefix-map is not enough, as
__FILE__ is being used in a logging macro, which needs -fmacro-prefix-
map to be made reproducible.

I've set reproducible=+fixfilepath as suggested on 
https://reproducible-builds.org/docs/build-path/ and it seems to fix
the issue. I'll upload shortly.
