there's only one rdep left (and they've been warned already, #953949)
so maybe we can start by dropping python-sphinx in unstable still
maintaining 1.8.5 while we work towards uploading 2.4.3?

I can take care of the dropping part, as it's generally pretty quick,
but let me know what you think
