Hi everybody,

Soory  for my delay.

I have had an issue with the a "lazy" test [0], This test assert if
numy isn't on
`sys.modules`. According I can understood about autopgktest, when
Depends: python3-* is written on d/tests/control, that  will "put into
sys.modules"
(installation path really) the package. So, that test will fail always
that python3-numpy
is mark as Depends on the autopkgtest.

For that reason, I decided skip the test [1]. Please, I need a more experience
review, or if it's all ok, I will need sponsorship to  upload.
