[Python-modules-team] Bug#973679: python3-audioread: Broken with GStreamer 1.18

Hi,

the GStreamer 1.18 Python API has broken this library for some usecases,
notibly importing files into beets, see:

- https://github.com/beetbox/beets/issues/3775

It would be nice to get an updated Debian package, so that beets works
again.
