[Python-modules-team] Bug#946810: python3-commonmark-py: update the source url in watch to match the currently supported repo

Hello,

I agree with the first report. However, the suffix -bkrs to signify
that this package refer to the deprecated version.
The new update version should be brought to Debian without the -bkrs suffix.
In other words, the material in experimental must be actually used in a new package
named commonmark .

@ Emmanuel, are you willing to support this new package ?
