[Python-modules-team] Bug#986645: python3-dnspython: breaks designate secondary zone create

Dear Maintainer,

Python3-dnspython breaking usage of Openstack designate when creating secondary zone as you can see below:

openstack zone create --type SECONDARY --masters 192.168.205.100 --description "test" example.com.
