Dear Python Modules Team,

I am the project admin of the Cobbler project and I am packaging it also as a DEB package. Currently I have a problem
when using libapache2-mod-wsgi-py3.

Version I am packaging for: Debian Buster

Related PR where the Problem is shown: https://github.com/cobbler/cobbler/pull/2748

To spare you the work of following the link, I will describe it in the following:

The mod_wsgi project does provide a small Python wrapper which is sitting in the Python sitelib directory. You don't
package that as far as my research brought me. Since there is no patch or change in sources needed, I would like to
kindly ask if it is possible to package the wrapper from mod_wsgi along with the Apache2 module.

The effect would be that the entrypoint scripts generated from Setuptools would recognize the installed mod_wsgi
Python distribution and thus would not bail out when using the CLI of my tool. The reason for the bail out is that it
does not recognize the above mentioned distribution.

The distros openSUSE Tumbleweed, Fedora 34 and CentOS 8 are doing it already and I am working on submitting this
change also to openSUSE Leap 15.2 & 15.3

Regards,
Enno Gotthold aka SchoolGuy/matrixfueller
