[Python-modules-team] Bug#979491: raise severity

In my opinion this (and other) bugs in the current version in
testing/bullseye makes the package unfit for release.

Shipping the package in the 0.8.5-3 state in bullseye is a complete
waste of time for any user that attempts to install and use it
for if not all atleast some of the main use-cases for this
software.

Raising the severity of this to highlight the importance of
the 0.10.0-1 upload migrating to testing before bullseye release.
