Dear Maintainer,

The packaged transmissionrpc is outdated for new versions of Transmission.
Also the source package is not maintained anymore and even unvailable upstream.
I'd propose to (re)package the maintained fork named 'transmission-rpc' (with a dash) that can be found at https://github.com/Trim21/transmission-rpc
