[Python-modules-team] Bug#998151: python-trezor: incorrect binary package name, python3-trezor should be python3-trezorlib

Hello,
the top-level module is trezorlib so, according to the Python Policy, the binary
package name should be python3-trezorlib and not python3-trezor. Severity
reflects the policy violation

Please fix this issue and handle the transition between binary packages.
