[Python-modules-team] Bug#1009057: tinydb: Please upgrade to a newer 4.x release

Dear Maintainer,

the current version of tinydb in Debian is a few years old. It would be nice to
update the version in Debian to at least > 4.0, since there are a few API
changes worth having in Debian.
