As discussed in upstream issue #11, xhtml2pdf is deprecated (no longer
supported).

The xhtml2pdf documentaiton itself
(https://github.com/xhtml2pdf/xhtml2pdf/blob/master/README.rst) says
to use WeasyPrint (http://weasyprint.org/) instead.

weasyprint is available in Debian, so use it.
