[Python-modules-team] Upload new upstream version of pymodbus (was: python3-pymodbus 3.0.0-6)

Dears,

pymodbus does not have any rdepends inside of Debian.
No risk to break anything, but pymodbus itself.
If nobody objects, I'll upload latest upstream later today. Or tomorrow.
I'ld feel safer with the new version than with the current one.
