selling of securities or foreign exchange on behalf of clients. This
license is suitable for firms that wish to operate as full-service
brokers or dealers in the financial markets. The application process

INTRODUCING BROKER LICENSE
An INTRODUCING BROKER LICENSE is designed for entities that refer
clients to a licensed brokerage for execution and other services,
without dealing directly with client funds. Applicants must
demonstrate their ability to effectively introduce clients to a
brokerage and provide necessary support. This license does not require
the applicant to manage client funds, making it more accessible for
smaller or new market participants. The APPLICATION FEE is USD 5,000
(SLL 125,000,000), and the ANNUAL LICENSE FEE is USD 5,000 (SLL
125,000,000).

PAYMENT SERVICE PROVIDER (PSP) LICENSE
The PAYMENT SERVICE PROVIDER (PSP) LICENSE is intended for companies
involved in facilitating digital payments, remittances, and other
payment services. PSPs enable the transfer of funds between
individuals, businesses, and institutions. Applicants must show they
have secure systems for processing payments, handling customer funds,
and complying with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. The
APPLICATION FEE for this license is USD 8,000 (SLL 200,000,000), and
the ANNUAL LICENSE FEE is USD 13,000 (SLL 325,000,000).

INSURANCE LICENSE
An INSURANCE LICENSE authorizes companies to offer insurance products,
including life, health, and general insurance services. Applicants
must demonstrate their financial stability, ability to honor claims,
and compliance with regulatory standards for underwriting and risk
management. Insurance providers must also adhere to requirements for
segregating client funds and maintaining adequate reserves. The
APPLICATION FEE for this license is USD 5,000 (SLL 125,000,000), and
the ANNUAL LICENSE FEE is USD 11,000 (SLL 275,000,000).
