Actually, we are using tmpfs on amd64 and arm64, and there we don't use
eatmydata, whereas i386 and armhf are building on regular ext[34] file
systems with eatmydata.

regular fakeroot (from the 'fakeroot' package).
The pbuilder version we use is the one in stretch, so it doesn't support
R³ (yet, I do plan on backporting it to stretch-bpo), therefore adding
R³ won't do anything special for now.
